If your pet has an emergency during our business hours, call us immediately. Tell the reception staff that you are on your way, approximately how far away you are, and a brief explanation of what the emergency is. This will allow our staff time to set up for the stabilization of your pet’s condition and prepare for any anticipated diagnostic tests.
We have an emergency phone line for clients to communicate with one of our on-call doctors to determine the best course of action. Our current clients can reach the on call Doctor by calling the regular clinic number at 660-263-9797 and follow the prompts.
Our on-call doctor will determine if an emergency visit is needed. For non-active clients we recommend contacting the University of Missouri ER service or Horton Discovery 24 hour clinic in Columbia.
